HIGGINS DEAN - Peacefully on Sunday 22nd December 2019, dean aged 36 years, a loving brother to Anthony, a beloved grandson of nana Flo and grandad Harry, and a loving uncle. Funeral service to be held at Carlisle Crematorium on Wednesday 8th January. Family flowers only please there will be a collection at the service for British Heart Foundation
