MORLIN Ruby Joan (née Poarch) Peacefully at the Cumberland Infirmary on 22 March in her 99th year, beloved wife of the late Godfrey Morlin and mother of Rosemary and Andrew, formerly a teacher at Carlisle and County High School for Girls and St Aidan’s Comprehensive School, a lay reader, a member of the General Synod of the Church of England, and a Justice of the Peace. Funeral to be held at 11.30 a.m. on Friday 8 April at St Barnabas Church Carlisle. Family flowers only please.
