BULMAN William (Billy) Passed away peacefully at home on 16th December 2021 with his loving family by his side, Billy aged 74 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Linda, devoted dad of Stuart, Samantha and Sharon, cherished father-in-law to Vicky and much loved grandad to Connor and William. Service to be held at graveside in Carlisle Cemetery on Friday 31st December 2021 at 11.00am, all welcome to attend. Family flowers only, donations if so desired to The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
